These Terms apply to all users, including FiveM server operators who integrate the Service into their infrastructure.
FiveHook reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FiveHook acts as a transparent proxy. We do not read, store, modify, or retain the content of any message passing through the Service. Only metadata (request outcome, anonymized IP, User-Agent, and payload size) is logged.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is designed to operate within Discord's API guidelines. By using FiveHook, you acknowledge that you are also bound by Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. FiveHook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
FiveHook is intended for use with legitimately licensed FiveM servers. Use of the Service in connection with unlicensed, pirated, or illegal server software is strictly prohibited. FiveHook is not affiliated with Cfx.re or the FiveM project.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by your FiveM server via the proxy URLs you have configured. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
FiveHook is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, introduce changes, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FiveHook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free of malicious code introduced by third parties.
You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all webhook configurations, request logs, statistics, and account data are removed from our systems at the moment you confirm. This action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
